EazyAfrica Web Solutions provides digital products and services. Delivery timelines vary depending on project requirements, complexity, and client responsiveness.
2. Project Commencement
Projects commence once:
- The required subscription or payment has been processed and approved.
- All required information, content, branding materials, and documentation have been supplied by the client.
- Any necessary approvals have been received.
3. Website Design and Development
Typical project timelines are:
- Basic Websites: 5–14 business days
- Business Websites: 2–6 weeks
- E-Commerce Websites: 3–8 weeks
- Custom Web Applications: As agreed in the project proposal
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project requirements.
4. Delays
Project delivery may be delayed due to:
- Late submission of content or information by the client.
- Changes to project requirements after commencement.
- Delayed approvals or feedback.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Delivery Method
Completed projects are delivered digitally through:
- Deployment to the client’s hosting environment.
- Publication on EazyAfrica-hosted platforms.
- Email delivery of files and credentials.
- Access to online management systems where applicable.
6. Client Acceptance
Clients are encouraged to review all completed work within seven (7) business days of delivery and report any issues requiring correction.
Any issues reported within this period that fall within the agreed project scope will be addressed at no additional cost.
7. Ongoing Services
Subscription-based services such as hosting, maintenance, and support remain active only while subscription payments remain current and in good standing.
