REFUND POLICY

General Policy

EazyAfrica Web Solutions provides customised digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Payments

Subscription fees paid for active services are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

Website Design and Development

Before Work Begins

A full refund may be issued if no work has commenced and no project resources have been allocated.

After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced, refunds may be considered only for any portion of the project not yet completed, at the sole discretion of EazyAfrica Web Solutions.

Completed Projects

No refunds will be issued once a website or project has been completed, approved, delivered, or launched.

Hosting Services

  • Hosting fees are non-refundable once hosting services have been activated.
  • Any prepaid hosting periods remain active until their expiry date unless otherwise agreed.

Domain Registration

  • Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable.
  • Domains registered on behalf of clients remain subject to the rules and policies of the relevant domain registry.

Service Issues

If a client is dissatisfied with a service provided, they should contact us as soon as possible so that we may investigate and attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method where possible.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
