• All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional work requested outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.
• Any changes requested after project approval may require a revised quotation.

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Review and approve project deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure that all supplied content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Respond to requests for information or approvals that may affect project timelines.

• A full subscription payment must be processed and approved before any work commences.
• For clients subscribed to promotional packages that include a first-month-free offer, the subscription must be activated and approved before website launch or project delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All recurring subscription fees must be paid on or before the due date.
• Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, restricted access to hosted websites, or additional administrative fees.
• EazyAfrica Web Solutions reserves the right to withhold delivery, website publication, or ongoing support services until all outstanding payments have been settled in full.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and content created specifically for the client transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• EazyAfrica Web Solutions retains ownership of any proprietary software, frameworks, templates, tools, and development methodologies used in the creation of the project.
• We reserve the right to display completed projects within our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Services are offered on a best-effort basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of hosting services.
• Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect service availability.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials.
• EazyAfrica Web Solutions shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or service outages beyond our control.

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data resulting from third-party failures or client actions.
• Service interruptions caused by internet service providers, hosting companies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays resulting from incomplete information, late approvals, or actions of the client.

• Any outstanding fees become immediately payable.
• Work completed up to the termination date shall be invoiced and payable.
• Hosting, maintenance, and subscription services may be suspended or cancelled.
